You have an export
Nearly every system can dump customers, members, or sales to CSV or Excel, or print a report we can read. That is enough to bring your accounts and balances across.
You have the database
MySQL, SQLite, SQL Server, an Access file on the back-office PC. A dump or a copy of the file works even if the software itself is dead or you have lost the login.

The ones people ask before moving.
My current software is discontinued, or I have lost the admin login. Can I still switch? +
Yes. As long as the database file is still sitting on a PC in the building, we can read it directly. The vendor being gone, or the password being lost, does not stop the data coming across.
Do I have to bring years of history with me? +
No. Most centers import customer accounts, wallet balances, and pricing, and let session and sales history start fresh on LANBear. History can be loaded later, or left behind entirely.
Will my center have downtime during the switch? +
No. The import happens into your trial center while your current system keeps running exactly as it is. You only flip to LANBear once you have checked the data side by side.
What formats can you take? +
CSV, Excel, a SQL dump, a SQLite database file, an Access .mdb, or a SQL Server backup. If it holds your data, send it and we will tell you what we can pull out.
Is there a fee for the import? +
No. Moving your data in is part of onboarding, not a paid add-on.
How long does it take? +
A straightforward customer and balance import is usually a day or two. Large catalogs or messy history take longer, but all of it happens before you go live.
