For anyone sitting down at a machine: logging in, starting a session, ordering food, and closing out, whichever way your center has it set up.

Chapter 2

Starting a session

Sign in with your own account and you land on your dashboard first, name, tier, and balance across the top, before anything actually starts. Free play and ticket logins skip straight past this, since there's nothing to choose.

Under Choose a Time Package, tap the one you want. You'll see a confirmation with Cost and Balance after before anything is charged, then Start Session or Cancel.

Note

If the center has self-service session starting turned off, you'll see "Session start from self-service is currently disabled. Please see staff." instead of a package grid. Your account still works for everything else, staff just start the session itself.

A Recent Sessions list further down shows your history, so you can check what you've played and when without asking staff.

If your center runs a loyalty program, a Rewards section shows your points and a Redeem Points button. Redeeming can get you session time, wallet credit, or specific items, whichever your center has set up, all from the same panel.
