Set a technician PIN first
Every security setting in the next chapter lives behind a PIN-locked screen on the client. That PIN isn't set on the machine itself. It's set once, center-wide, on the Center panel's Center Settings page, under Technician Access.
Heads up
Do this now, before Chapter 5. A freshly-paired machine ships with a placeholder PIN that's rejected on purpose, not a working default. Until you save a real 6-digit PIN here, nobody can open the technician screen on any client at this center, full stop.
Set any 6-digit PIN you'll remember (and can hand to whoever's setting up PCs). It syncs down to every paired client automatically, nothing to configure on the machines themselves.
